We're across the parking lot from Magnolia Market (291 steps to the front door to be exact!), walking distance to numerous restaurants, and just across I-35 from Baylor University.

Designed for the simple traveler, Urban Myrtle was inspired by the fixer-upper design style by finding the soul of the home, uncovering history and whisking in whimsy. The owner's, David and Lisa love finding urban hideaways that offer unique stories. Favorites include the Havana in San Antonio and The Vintage in Roundtop. Each room at Urban Myrtle seem to uncover a unique story of its past. Re-purposed items tell stories of their own. Now it's time to add your new chapter.

Named after the vintage twisted crepe myrtle trees in the front yard, Urban Myrtle balances natural textures with the minimal design and neutral tones. More than a synthesis of tastes, Urban Myrtle is meant to be both a second home and an homage to the metamorphosis of reborn homes everywhere.
